The Castles By Chrissy Team would like to invite you to an Educational Home Buyers Workshop that we are hosting on Saturday, January 30, 2010!

This event is free and will be an educational opportunity for potential home buyers to learn about the home buying process, especially First Time Home Buyers. We will be discussing topics such as:

Getting Pre-Approved for a Mortgage
Mortgage and Down Payment Assistance Programs

Starting the Home Buying Process
What to expect during your Home Search
